About Us

More Than Music was established in 1996 by Mike Vandenbosh and his wife who decided to turn their passion for the Beatles into a successful and enjoyable business.

Initially home based, sourcing and selling rare Beatles records and memorabilia, they opened a central London shop just off Bond Street in 1999. Their reputation preceded them and such is the Beatles magic that a large clientele of all ages, from teens to Silver Surfers and a number of celebrities, soon became regular and appreciated clients. Mike has also written columns for national newspapers, appeared as a guest on breakfast TV & given radio interviews on the subject he loves and knows so well.

With several thousand clients around the world, More Than Music also provides a service sourcing and matching rarities to the wish lists provided by its customers.

In 2010 Mike was joined by classic rock and Beatles music lover David Martin. Together they decided to revamp the website and expand the business. A host of exciting features are planned over the coming months designed to inform, excite and educate all Beatles and rock music lovers. Our aim at More Than Music is to make this website the premier location for information, games, forums and links to other sellers' rare and collectible products, as well as continuing to supply the site with our own rarities and treasures.
